RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Rungrez only allows returns of items purchased from the online store if a defective item or a wrong size or product has been delivered. The returned items must be in original condition i.e., new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unstitched with original tags and packaging.
For eligible returns customers should contact us at email@example.com giving their order ID and describing the nature of defect within five (5) days of the delivery date. We will try to swiftly resolve the issue by replacing the missing/defective items, an exchange, or a full refund depending upon the circumstances.
Customers will not be liable for any incremental mailing/shipping charges associated with the return.
A customer may cancel their order by sending an order cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order ID before they receive an order fulfillment confirmation email.
Cancellations are not possible once an order has been dispatched.
Shipping charges within Pakistan are a flat rate Rs. 170 for up to one kg. For larger orders, charges increase at a reducing rate with added order size and weight. Exact shipping charges can be seen at the time of placing the order.
International shipping rates depend on order size weight and destination and include Pakistan’s custom clearance charges (if any); however, applicable duties and taxes (if any) at the destination country are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping time for order delivery within Pakistan is normally 5-7 working days. International deliveries could take 5-10 working days depending upon the destination.
